Youth and high school sports are to college sports what college sports are to professional sports – a gateway to the next level.
The workout consists of functional movements and multi joint strength training exercises with a strong focus on proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are lead by a qualified strength coach with a background in sports science.
