The workout consists of functional movements and multi joint strength training exercises with a strong focus on proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are lead by a qualified strength coach with a background in sports science.
Every joint has a neutral. It has to know that the stiffness properties allows it to go all the way to the left, right, front, back, etc., so it can rest with no effort in the middle, the position of optimal force transfer.
